Approval of Dissertation Oral Defense Date (PhD Form #9)

Instructions: submit the completed form and an electronic copy of the Abstract to the Registrar at least 2 weeks prior to the Oral Defense date. The Registrar will notify you and your committee of the location of the Defense after a room is reserved.

Note: For students concentrating in Process Studies, the Internship must be completed before the Oral Defense Date can be set.
